Joey Cooper is a dedicated photography student who has worked a long time at perfecting his craft. Since his early years Joey had found a deep interest in photography and knew at a young age it was what he wanted to pursue. Joey has been recognized by the school not only for his academic achievements, but also for his accomplishments in photography and has been awarded for his triumphs. Joey draws inspiration out of school while hiking around and exploring in nature. While out in nature Joey is calmed by the simplicity of his surroundings and forms the peaceful bliss into joy or maybe his next masterpiece. Here you can find everything from Joey’s early beginnings to his most recent masterworks. After graduating this year from Urbana High School, Joey plans on attending Mt. Saint Mary’s or Virginia Wesleyan to pursue his photography career or to obtain a degree in history, one of Joey's other favorite subjects. After college, Joey plans on traveling the world bringing his beautiful creations around the world with him. While traveling, Joey plans on photographing his journey and creating art as he pursues his dream. Joey plans on taking pictures of the natural beauty of the world and everything it has to offer. Until then Joey will remain Urbana’s faithful local photography genius and pursue his talents and improve his weaknesses. He is a visionary who will continue on his journey of being one of the greats.
