It’s Halloween and today seniors and teachers participate in dressing up in costumes for the day!
Halloween is that time of year when people get creative and dress up in whatever they choose to be. Here at Urbana, it’s a tradition that continues on for teachers and seniors to come to school dressed up to show off their creative costumes.
This is a way to create a fun atmosphere where everyone can enjoy looking at everyone’s crazy funny costumes and create some laughter in the hallways.
Allie Green (Class of 2025) dressed up as a cat woman, Parsa Abedi (Class of 2025) dressed up as comic character Batman, and teacher Mr. Grant Friedland came dressed up as a soccer player.
Green talks about her cat costume and why she chose to dress up as cat woman. She says “Parsa and I wanted to do a matching costume together so we chose to be Cat woman and Batman.”
