Every year, Urbana and Oakdale have their iconic dual meet. This year, Urbana hosts Oakdale at the Middletown pool.
With new coaches, new swimmers, and lots of hard work, Urbana was ready for our annual duel meet with Oakdale. New men’s head coach, Russell Odor shares his thoughts on Urbana’s performance last night.
“Despite a lot of setbacks, our swimmers were able to exceed expectations and give us some good races, personal records, and season bests. It was really great to see everyone come together and compete as one.”
The Urbana boys won 113-72, while the Urbana girls had a close loss finishing the meet at 83.5-96.5.
