New year, new chickens?
The horticulture and pre-vet class, taught by Ms. Rachel Summers, is currently in the processing of hatching several new chicks!
With the aim of education as well as general fun for the students of UHS, these chicks will be raised and eventually sent off somewhere better.
When asked to comment about the chicks, Ms. Summers said, “Come back in 14 days for new chickens!”
With only a few weeks remaining for the chicks to hatch, it definitely gives UHS students something to look forward to in the new year!
