Deron is a senior at Urbana high school. He currently is 17 and his birthday is November 24 2006. He will be 18 in 2 months. He grew up in Urbana but originally he was born in Oklahoma city. He loves his family and looks up to his parents very much. They are both immigrants who moved to the United States from Ghana. They grew up in Africa speaking a different language, so I'm sure it was hard immigrating to America. He is very grateful for all of their support. He plays football and basketball, and is a hard working high school athlete. A lot of his time is taken up by practice and training. When he isn't throwing footballs, he really likes to watch basketball. Last year he started playing guitar in school and enjoys listening to music. He also has a guitar at home he likes to play. He isn’t a picky person and loves trying new foods, but his all time favorite is Chipotle. He is currently planning to attend a 4 year university, most likely in state. He also is looking at other options like FCC or another community college, but whatever he decides, he is sure to find success due to his hard work ethic.
