Kaitlin Tretler is a senior at Urbana High School. Throughout the school, you can find Kaitlin diligently taking notes, strolling the halls, and enjoying her lunch. Kaitlin spends her free time hanging out with friends,”it's the best way to spend my day”.

Kaitlin plans on graduating high school and attending a 4 year university to major in communications. Kaitlin wants a future in the south, “The Carolina's!” She plans on pursuing an ambitious future as she was taught it was the best path in life. 

When asked about superpowers, Kaitlin wished she could teleport; “The ability fascinates me”. Teleportation has always been something she thought would be useful, both for time efficiency and gas savings.

Ms. Tretler is excited for journalism, planning on putting in her all and reporting for strong and fresh Hawkeye. She plans on spending her senior year the best way she can, with as many activities as possible. Kaitlin is most excited for Senior sunrise and plans on waking up extra early!
