Ms. Diggs is new to Urbana but previously taught at Linganore, Brunswick, Frederick County Virtual High School and Gar-Field HS in Woodbridge, VA. She grew up in South Dakota and attended Duke for her undergraduate degrees in Public Policy and Religion.  She then received her Masters in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University followed by her M.Ed. from George Mason University. She is a life long Duke basketball and Minnesota Vikings football fan! She is currently teaching Journalism this fall with Psychology and AP Psychology in the spring. Mrs. Diggs met her husband in grad school in DC and they have three children Paxton (7), Damian (5) and Roman (3) who keep their lives very busy! Ms. Diggs is excited about the school year and is ready for everything The Hawkeye has to offer!
