Kyra is a senior attending Urbana High School taking journalism in hopes to have a better understanding in establishing an article. Kyra has had a passion for cheer and has been doing cheer for 12 years taking part in all-star Maryland twisters and being a part of the UHS varsity cheer team. Growing up in Reno Nevada Kyra moved to Frederick entering her sophomore year. Kyra is a triplet growing up with a brother and a sister. Growing up as a triplet has brought her close with her siblings allowing her sister to be her best friend. Her favorite memory with her siblings was going to Rio and being able to ride in the paddle boats to spend time with her siblings and be able to form a stronger bond with them. She has a bernedoodle named “Chewy” with his real name being Chewbacca who is now 6 years old. With this year being Kyra’s last year her future plans are to get into college in hopes of getting into the university of Florida. While attending a university she plans to go for dentistry and have a dental surgery degree. Kyra would prefer to become a flamingo over any other animal because it is pink.
