Staying Active at Home: Photo of the Day 4/20/2020

Everyone may be stuck in their houses, but there are many ways to stay healthy and active during this time. The important thing to do everyday is exercise for at least 30 minutes. Walking, running, yoga, and weightlifting are some great ways to stay active and even to get some fresh air. There are also plenty of online exercise classes to follow. Along with yoga, meditation is a great way to relax and relieve any unnecessary stresses. Not only will exercise help keep you physically in shape during self-quarantine, but it will allow you to keep a healthy mental state too. Since everyone suddenly went from seeing people everyday to having social lives completely cut off it is important to get up and be active so that depression and lack of motivation do not set in.
