“This Thursday you and the rest of the marching band are going to nationals for the first time. How are you feeling?”

“I’m excited because it’s a really cool opportunity to see a lot of good bands that are bigger than us; they have cool programs and we get to be a part of it and it’s a privilege. I don’t know, it’s really cool.”

“What do you expect the outcome to be?”

“We’re gonna try our best with the program that we have – which is a good one.”
