Urbana High School is a school full of many successful students and athletes, Brynn McPeak being one of them. McPeak is not only an honor roll student, she is also a senior leader of the cheerleading team. McPeak, class of 2025, shared, “In order to maintain my status as a senior leader on the cheer team, I have to keep up with my GPA and make sure that I am academically eligible. This influences me to try my best so I can continue to do the sport that I love. It’s also taught me a lot about leadership because with such a large team, it important that I strive and excel in this position in order to perform well at competitions. As well as representing our school in the right way at games for basketball or football.”
