My name is Joseph Vanukuri, and I am a 9th grade student who is excited to be part of the school journalism program this year. I love staying active and involved, and some of my interests revolve around sports, fitness, and communities. I am passionate about football and basketball, both as a player and a fan.

Outside of school, I spend time strength training, editing videos, and going to the gym, where I work on discipline, consistency, and self improvement. I also collect cologne, which has helped me develop an interest in personal style and attention to detail. Another important part of my life is going to church every week, where I value community, service, and personal growth in many aspects.

In journalism, I am most interested in sports journalism and entertainment writing, because I enjoy telling stories about athletes and school teams, and I enjoy watching movies, and series. I look most forward to writing about sports, school news, and newly released shows, and sharing stories that matter to our school community.
