Isabella Mariani, Reporter
Isabella Mariani is a three year member of the school newspaper and a senior here at Urbana high school. The reason she loves to take journalism so much is because she enjoys having the freedom to write about anything she has opinions about and anyone can read it. Taking journalism gives her a lot of freedom to be creative. Outside of school she finds herself doing activities like reading, listening to music, baking, and doing puzzles. She also really enjoys building and collecting legos to build in her free time. Apart from being a student she also has a part time job at Sierra which she enjoys as she loves working in retail. After high school she plans to attend a 4-year university, either Penn State or University of Rhode Island, and major in pharmaceutical sciences with the hopes of becoming a pharmacist one day.
