Kyle Orens, Managing Editor, Sports Editor
Kyle Orens is a senior at Urbana High School and is currently in his third year of journalism. This year, he is the editor-in-chief of The Hawkeye and is excited for this new year of journalism. He loves to write and is seriously considering journalism as his career. Outside of school, he enjoys playing sports and being active, as well as relaxing and playing video games. His favorite sports are baseball and soccer, both of which he plays for UHS, as well as unified bocce, which he plays in the winter. He also plays basketball in a rec league with his friends. Kyle said, "I truly can’t wait for this next year of journalism, and I hope that it brings a fun year of writing for The Hawkeye."
