Talon Cruz, Reporter
Talon Cruz is currently a senior at Urbana High School, with his favorite subjects being English and Theater. After a couple years of bouncing around between extracurriculars, he has found his place in the F-wing, and more specifically, in the theater department as an actor. He has been involved with the theater program since last year's production of The Man Who Came to Dinner, and has since been a part of many activites offered by the theater department, ranging from a haunted hallway to the ill-fated production of The Little Mermaid.
Other school activities he has participated include the Alliance of Latin American students, the Gender Sexuality alliance, and the american sign language club. Outside of school, Talon spends his free time reading, writing, and playing video games as well as hanging out with friends. Due to his strong opinions and love of the many arts, Talon prefers to write for entertainment and the arts, as well as opinion pieces. He has plans to go into college with a major in engineering or architecure, and a minor in acting, however he is presently undecided on where he would like to attend college. Talon plans to have a career in either acting, specifically for the stage, or as a designer for theme park rides.
